Siting in the north of Blue Bank, semi isolated from the rest of the free city, Taxian University, home to the colleges of Magic and Technology, is a entity on to itself. Taxian prides itself on it adherence to excellence and strives to lead the city into the future with its insight into the nature of the universe itself. Both magic and technology are studied in it's colleges, but what Taxian truly excels at is its push to unite the two into a science it calls technomancy. The headmaster, Licata Lytton, holds a seat on the Council.

Taxian is nearly as old as the city itself.
